Emergency relief and response focuses on ensuring the reduction of suffering and saving lives in regions affected by natural disasters, disease outbreaks, and complex emergencies. Both rapid and slow-onset emergencies can erase hard-won development gains and hinder progress, significantly reducing community resilience.
7 community schools, 3 high schools, 2 lower primary schools in rural areas 2000+ children used the facilities of the schools in Jharkhand and Assam with majority being from tribal communities (Majorly Mising tribe from Assam and Santhals from Jharkhand) 5000+ children in Balajyothi clubs with more than 50% girl children Presence in difficult geographical regions like Majuli and less connected rural interiors of Jharkhand
